Your pricing questions, answered.
Management fees across the UK and Ireland generally sit between 12% and 25% of booking revenue. Our fees start at 12% + VAT on a 12-month plan, 15% on a 6-month term, and 18% on our flexible rolling agreement.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
There is a single one-off onboarding fee that covers getting your property guest-ready — staging, professional photography, key safes, health and safety assessment, fire escape plan and your digital guest guide. It is quoted for your specific property before you commit to anything.
Are your fees inclusive of VAT?
No. All percentages and prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Do you charge extra for cleaning or guest services?
Housekeeping is charged to the guest as part of their booking rather than to you. Your management fee covers listing, pricing, guest communication, payouts and reporting.
What costs stay with me as the owner?
Platform commission charged by Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, contractor invoices for repairs, utilities, council rates, insurance and any mortgage costs remain with the owner. Repairs over an agreed limit are always approved by you first.
