We are Northern Ireland-based property people, not a call centre. We have invested in our own portfolio since 2007, and we built this service the way we would want our own homes looked after.
We solve a simple problem - property owners want a consistent, high-yielding return on their investment without the headache of running their own short-term let themselves.
How it started
Built for the landlords we kept meeting
I founded Your Next Investment Property after managing our own properties and finding that the people I had been chatting with were all looking for the same thing: a hands-off, professional, transparent management option in Northern Ireland.
So we built the service to fit their needs, with a range of services — no hidden fees, no lock-in contracts, and a team that genuinely treats every property as their own.
Investing in our own portfolio since 2007 taught us where short-lets quietly lose money: slow turnarounds, lazy pricing, listings that never get refreshed, and compliance treated as an afterthought. Those are the details we obsess over on behalf of the owners we work with.
